Welcome to 2019 Summer Strength and Conditioning Program!
The program's goal is to increase the strength, speed, agility, and endurance of athletes from all disciplines through progressive strength training and conditioning. Our movement-specific strength training teaches and strengthens proper movement patterns that will transfer to any sport or surface and our conditioning teaches the attitude and effort required to be successful on game day.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Trois-Rivieres Trng.
